Abweichende oder erg\u00e4nzende Bedingungen des Auftraggebers, die wir nicht ausdr\u00fccklich schriftlich anerkannt haben, sind f\u00fcr uns unverbindlich, auch wenn wir ihnen nicht ausdr\u00fccklich widersprechen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erf\u00fcllungsort und ausschlie\u00dflicher Gerichtsstand ist M\u00fcnchen.
